Drivers are essential for efficient Instashop deliveries. Apksajid offers the following benefits and payment structure for drivers:

Fixed Salary: None, but commission-based payments per order
Commission: 8 AED to 6 AED per order
Per Hour Pay: 4 AED per hour, whether there are deliveries or not
Daily Example: For an 11-hour duty, you earn 44 AED per day, plus per-order commissions almost 200 AED Daily earnings after Fuel.
Fuel Cost: Company provides a fixed fuel allowance
Vehicle: Drivers can use either bikes or cars

2. Pickers

Pickers handle product selection and packaging for Instashop orders.

Fixed Salary: 3,500 AED per month
Incentives: Available based on performance
Visa: Provided by the company (but not entirely free; small deductions apply)

3. Walkers

Walkers deliver orders on foot within designated areas.

Fixed Salary Option: 1,600 AED per month, or
Per Order Payment: 6 AED per order
